Terms and Conditions

Purchase in the Webshop 
Products in the webshop are purchased by collecting the products in the cart and place the order in the webshop. The payment and the order handling will be carried out and confirmed later by Scanmaster ApS, Roskilde, Denmark. Therefore you will not be asked for payment before you see an e-mail confirmation and an e-mailed invoice a day or two later.

Prices: Prices are net without taxes and customs. Shipping costs will be added.

Payment terms:
For amounts under EUR 14.000:  30 days net
For amounts above EUR 14.000: 30% down payment with order confirmation, 30% with notification of readyness for dispatch, 40% after dispatch, 30 days net

Delivery time:
The listed delivery time is Ex Works after written order and clarification of all technical details.

Delivery, transfer of risk, acceptance:
Delivery shall be made ex works without loading. If collected by the customer, risk shall transfer to the customer upon provision of the parts for delivery and, in the event of delivery, upon handover to the freight company, forwarding company or other person or body otherwise tasked with shipping the goods. This shall also apply even if we have assumed other payments or services such as shipping costs or delivery and installation.
Where no special agreement has been made, the parts for delivery shall be sent on behalf of the customer and at their own expense and risk. Unless otherwise agreed, we shall be entitled to determine the type and method of shipment (in particular the transport company, route and packaging). At the request of the customer, as part of the order and at the expense of the customer, we shall insure the consignment against theft, breakage, transport, fire and water damage as well as against other insurable risks.
If the shipment is delayed due to circumstances for which we are not responsible, risk shall transfer to the customer when the customer is informed that the goods are ready for dispatch.

Cancellation:
There is a possible 2-weeks return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the items to the same condition and quantity as you received it. The product must not be used! Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. Return costs must be borne by the customer.

Notice of defects:
Upon receipt, the customer must immediately carefully inspect the deliverable and immediately inform us of defects in writing once discovered (by e-mail).

Warranty: 12 months after delivery, wear and tear parts excluded.

Complaints
Scanmaster provides 2 years’ right of complaint under the Purchasing Act, including material and material defects found in the normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper assemply, operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
